What is Active Barre?
Nicole McKenzie Lee is the creator of Active Barre. It is an exercise class for everyone. It incorporates the core elements of Ballet Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Qigong to provide a workout that strengthens, stretches and harmonises the body, mind and spirit. This workout will give you some down time and relaxation but will also make you aware of muscles you never thought you had!
Nicole received the best training from dancers of the Australian, Queensland and Royal Ballet Companies since the age of 4. She has been taught by the best and is very good at sharing her knowledge. Nicole has taught ballet, jazz and creative dance for over 10 years.
Nicole learnt Pilates at Dance Medicine Australia and has incorporated this knowledge into her Personal Training and massage over the past 15 years, providing clients with additional activities to achieve the best results.
